Super Speciality Yashoda Hospital, NCR bags coveted award for Patients’ safety and quality services



Prestigious Patient Safety & Access Initiative of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) today publicly endorsed patients’ health safety and quality services initiatives of the National Capital Region (NCR) based super speciality Yashoda hospital, and decorated the institution with a coveted award for the achievement.
The Patient Safety and Quality award was presented during the esteemed National Conference on Universal Health Coverage: Challenges & Opportunities, organised by BHU in Varanasi.
The University’s Vice Chancellor Prof. Girish Chandra Tripathi presented the decoration to Dr PN Arora, Managing Director and Hospital’s Director Ms. Upasana Arora amid repeated clappings in the presence of distinguished dignitaries.

As a NABH and NABL accredited health care organisation, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Kaushambi was given the award after it has met highest quality standards while providing safe healthcare facilities to the patients, the organisers said.
Describing this award as a significant achievement for the hospital,  A beaming Dr PN Arora and Ms. Upasana Arora said it has been a major morale booster for the hospital’s doctors and entire staff. “it is yet another strong testament of the quality services provided by the hospital which is constantly engaged in relentless efforts to establish its supremacy in the health care industry “ , they said.

Dr Harish Nadkarni, CEO, NABH, Mr. Wajahat Habibullah, Secretary, Government of India, Mr. Anil Khaitan, Senior VP, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi and Dr. Linda M Washington, USA, etc were among the dignitaries present on this occasion.

Well-known for world-class health care facilities, Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital  is capable of providing advance and outstanding patient care and moreover, it has all the super specialty facilities like, Heart Care, Critical Care, among many others, elated staff of the hospital said soon after the award giving ceremony.
