Palpation of people increases in the national capital which slips into odd and even vehicular mode after 72. Hours. At least ten lakh vehicles are slated to go off roads daily in a desperate bid to decrease vehicular pollution, but what will be scenario on streets is any body's guess.   Metro cars' frequency will be increased manifold and planners feel it would be a timely panacea.
