Climate meet Agenda being worked out amid Chaotic Chennai Deluge & China Haze

Deluge in Tamilnadu,haze wraps in Beijing ,alarming levels of pollutants in Delhi air and many such freak but not uncommon climatic disasters have pressed panic buttons across the World now a days.  Such disturbing incidents are coming at a time when ace negotiators from over 150 countries are engaged in war of nerves to ink international agreement on the climate change in France.     Confronted with heavy layers of brown haze in its cities.China has advised people in Beijing to be careful while many industrial units have been asked to. Shut down and schools closed till air quality improved. It had issued orange warning,second highest warning,and now reports say the haze is dissipating and blue sky is seen again. India to be Noor-Jahan at COP-21@ Paris

India may be Noor-Jahan  for the Developing World at COP -21 at Paris.US secretary of State Jon Kerry ,ahead of the Climate Meet,has asserted that India  will be a challenge, but The country has already made it clear that it would be a facilitator rather than be a  blocker during the crucial climate meet negotiations  aimed at saving planet Earth by joint and concerted attempts  by  every one. As the name signifies- Noor( Light) Jahan ( world) , India well prepared with documentation and  arguments for climate justice will be throwing light on crucial inputs for the International agreement to be inked during the summit which opened on November 30  with addresses of Nations’ heads .
