The 53 year old Gyanendra K. Kalshan ,who hailed from agrarian Muzzafernagar in Uttar Pradesh,had adjusted to the metropolis life style for last three decades and was popular among city’s news photographers.He covered hundreds of assignments both in the capital and outside . At most of the assignments on his beat,he used to reach early by his scooter to take position at the strategic position for sharp shots without sophisticated zoom and tele-lenses.
