Slew of Initiatives are on cards for healthcare in India: Nitin Gadkari; Modern Pulmonary Unit Opened in NCR’s Super specialty Yashoda Hospital

For Doctors, sporting spotless white aprons and similarly for their paramedical and other supporting staff, it was an absorbing evening with a difference last week: They were waiting with bated breath for not any patient, but opening of the most modern pulmonary and respiratory wing in their super specialty hospital by the country’s high profile law maker Nitin Jairam Gadakri.   As wait was kissing patience limits, they threw themselves into a celebratory mold, and latent talents of public speaking, singing songs, cracking jokes came to the fore, apparently for the first time in the super specialty Yashoda hospital Kaushambhi on borders of the national capital and Ghaziabad. Some sang, some gave narratives of their pet spheres and some chose to remain glued to seats relishing hard earned but rare relaxed moments. By the time Gadakri  arrived it was very late in the evening but enthusiasm was still palpable.  Ironically, The Union Minister for Road Transpor...

Tussles are bound to be there at offices, streets and in public transport may it be buses or metro cars.    In private sector, employees have no choice but to report in time.   Delhi government is faced with acid test and Delhi police will have to ensure order and implement odd and even concept.     The ball is in Delhi police court for any l...

Kejriwal Govt on Acid Test for Toxic Air Control ; Odd &Even numbered vehicles to ply on alternate days from Jan 1,2016

Delhi Government decision to allow plying of limited number of Vehicles on the capital’s road from  New year may soon be a template for other  big cities battling with pollutants laden Toxic air ,but to ensure such an  ambitious plan  does  not end up  in a fiasco, adequate safeguards must be initiated soon. The Government plans to implement the odd and even number plates formula from January one but before that all stake holders must be taken on the board  for full proof implementation.  ( Informatively,Beijing has issued its first ever red alert for smog on Monday ,asking schools to close down and slapping restrictions on factories and curtailing city's vehicle's fleet to half. Reading of PM2.5 particles shot up to 300 micro grams per cubic per meter on Monday vis-a vis-the World Health Organisation (WHO) standard of tiny and poisonous particles at 25.)  The state government headed by Arvind Kejrwai will have to work in tande...
